EVEROSE GOLD
To preserve the beauty of its pink gold watches, Rolex created and patented an exclusive 18 ct pink gold alloy cast in its own foundry: Everose gold. Introduced in 2005, 18 ct Everose is used on all Rolex models in pink gold.
CHOCOLATE DIAL
The dial is the distinctive face of a Rolex watch, the feature most responsible for its identity and readability. Characterised by hour markers fashioned from 18 ct gold to prevent tarnishing, every Rolex dial is designed and manufactured in-house, largely by hand to ensure perfection.
THE PRESIDENT BRACELET
This Lady-Datejust 28 is offered on a prestigious President bracelet. Always in solid gold or platinum, the bracelets benefit from a concealed attachment beneath the bezel which ensures seamless visual continuity between the bracelet and case. A new-generation concealed Crownclasp, opened with a hinged Rolex crown, adds the final aesthetic and functional touch to these sumptuous bracelets.
2236 MOVEMENT
The new Lady-Datejust 28 watches are equipped with calibre 2236, a new-generation self-winding mechanical movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex. Fitted with a Syloxi hairspring in silicon, patented by Rolex, it offers a superlative level of chronometric performance. Insensitive to magnetic fields, the Syloxi hairspring provides great stability in the face of temperature variations and remains up to 10 times more precise than a traditional hairspring in case of shocks. Its patented geometry ensures its regularity in any position.
THE CYCLOPS LENS
The Cyclops lens enhances the date aperture, magnifying the date display for easy reading. It is one of the most distinctive Rolex features, and one of the most recognisable.
